As a Government approved EECA Energywise Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart service provider, we have installed retrofit insulation into over 1000 properties all over the South Island from our bases in Christchurch, Greymouth and Queenstown.
With a decade's experience and an extremely high quality rating from EECA, we guarantee compliance with the Healthy Homes Standards and the Residential Tenancies Act. All our work complies with NZS4246:2016 including all amendments.
We are 100% independent of any brands or exclusivity agreements and we will only install the right product for your specific home.
For most houses we currently use Glasswool or Earthwool type products like Knauf Earthwool, Bradford Gold and Pink Batts (including Ultra) in ceilings. In underfloors we install Mammoth, Autex Greenstuf, Earthwool, Expol and Terra Lana at request.
Moisture barriers are one of our specialties and we have only ever installed compliant 250 micron polythene which fully complies with the Healthy Homes standards.
