Based in Christchurch and seasonally in Queenstown, we actively cover the South Island from approximately Waimate to Westport, Hannahs Clearing to Le Bons Bay, and everywhere in between.

As part of EECA's Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart program we retrofitted several hundred homes all over the South Island with insulation and heat pumps to an impeccable standard.

After the program ended we continued to install insulation mostly in order for property investors who needed to comply with the Residential Tenancies Act.

Our current business is everything rental property compliance. We supply and install insulation, heat pumps and ventilation products.
